It's day 26 and I'm down a little over 18 lbs. Today was Friday which is usually my "night off" but I decided that since I over ate a bit yesterday I'd keep my food in check today. I did still have the frosting off of one of the leftover bundtlets but I threw the cake away.
I had Pho from Oh Mai for dinner but got it "noodle free" to take down the calorie content. It's yummy and extremely filling!
Today's BMR CALC: 1,866-1,425= 441 Calorie Deficit
