I'm probably close to 40 days in (I will do the math for my next post) and going strong. I've been losing but very slooooowly so I decided to tighten up my framework again. I just really want to drop 7 more lbs in short order so I can break the 30 lb mark. Slow and steady. I managed to squeeze in a short workout at the gym, which is totally better than nothing.
Thankfully, it stopped raining so I can start grilling again.
Today's BMR CALC: 1,866- 1,242= 624 Calorie Deficit
