The gym was great on Friday but holy moley am I sore. I am seriously out of shape. I thought I took it pretty easy, because I wanted to be able to walk this weekend, well, total fail on that front. Tomorrow should be better. Good old DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness). Today was day 2 so it was the worst. This is going to be a crazy busy week, so I'm going to do my best to stay on track.
It was "Easter" at my in-laws today so I definitely ate a pretty big dinner.
